2 minute Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 4.2oz melted butter, still warm
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- A pinch salt
- A pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a jug place the egg yolks.
Step 2
Blend them until smooth on a high speed until they get nice and creamy.
Step 3
Add the salt, pepper and lemon juice. And blend for a minute or slowly adding melted butter. Don’t over mix it.
Step 4
Serve on poached eggs or with steak.
