Ninja’s masticating Cold Press juicer JC151 models use Cold Press Technology to slowly extract more juice and less foam than traditional centrifugal juicing technology. A powerful high-torque motor drives the spiral-shaped auger, allowing for high-yield juice and pulp extraction when processing fruits and vegetables.

A cold press juicer is an appliance that extracts juice from fruits and vegetables using a manual press which crushes and presses ingredients. This action is similar to chewing, which is why it’s often referred to as a masticating juicer.

Cold press juicing is a slow process that involves a press to crush ingredients to extract juice and pulp. Because no heat is generated by mechanical blades, it’s known as a ‘cold’ juicing method.
