- 2 small eggs
- Sesame seeds
- Olive oil
- Hot sauce of your choice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the avocado and take out the stone
Step 2
Using a spoon scoop out some of the inner flesh so as to make a well
Step 3
Brush the avocado with oil and crack your eggs into the wells. One egg per well
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and air fry for 10 minutes
Step 5
Garnish with sesame seeds and hot sauce of your choice
