Ingredients

For the oats

  • 3.5oz oats
  • 1 banana
  • 7.7fl. oz oat milk
  • 1.05oz nut butter
  • 1.05oz maple syrup or 50g erythritol for sugar free alternative)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the filling

  • 4.2oz yoghurt
  • 1.05oz protein powder

Instructions

Step 1
Mix yoghurt and protein powder together until creamy and set aside.

Step 2
Mix all other ingredients into a blender until you get a creamy dough.

Step 3
Grab two bowls and fill them with 3/4 of the batter.

Step 4
Put your protein topping in the middle and cover with the remaining batter.

Step 5
Bake 25 Minutes at 180 degrees and enjoy this super tasty and healthy meal.
