- 2.21lbs cubed beef chuck
- 3.5fl. oz beef / chicken / veg stock
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
To serve
- Taco shells
- Fresh lime
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to the Ninja Foodi MAX 9-in-1 Multi-Cooker. Set pressure to HI for 1 Hour
Step 2
Quick release pressure. Shred meat - it should fall apart easily. If needed turn on sauté to reduce sauce until thick & sticky!
Step 3
Serve with taco shells and fresh lime juice!
