Ingredients
- 1 plain English muffin, cut in half horizontally
- 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves, as desired
- Tomato slices, as desired
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- Sea salt and ground black pepper, as desired
Instructions
Step 1
Flip unit up to vertical position. Select TOASTER.
Step 2
Place English muffin halves in slot.
Step 3
Adjust the shade level to desired doneness. When cooking is complete remove English muffins.
Step 4
Spread mayonnaise on one half of the toasted muffin. Then top with lettuce, tomato and bacon. Season as desired with salt and pepper and top with the remaining half. Serve immediately.
