Ingredients
- 8.75fl. oz coconut or nut milk
- 1 banana
- 2.28oz frozen blueberries
- 1.05oz plant based protein powder (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Place all the ingredients for the lollies in your blender cup, use the ‘blend’ option until you have a thick smoothie
Step 2
Divide the smoothie between ice lolly moulds
Step 3
Place in the freezer to set for at least 3 hours
Step 4
Once ready to eat, briefly run the moulds under warm water to make removing the lollies easier
