Buckwheat Galette With Brie And Apple

Ingredients

For the dough

  • 1 apple in slices
  • 100g rocket
  • NADA brie cheese
  • NADA apple jam (or rosehip)
  • cranberries (from the jar) cranberries (from the jar)
  • (in my case cranberry compote)
  • NADA salt and pepper

    Instructions

    Step 1
    Mix flour with salt, add eggs and milk and mix well , add oil. Cover and let rest for about 15 minutes

    Step 2
    Meanwhile, cut cheese into slices. Slice apple, wash arugula and spin dry.

    Step 3
    For the galette, heat 1 tsp oil in a pan for each. Using a ladle, drop in 1⁄4 of the batter at a time and bake, one at a time, over medium heat, 2-3 minutes per side, for a total of 4 galettes, until golden brown. Spread a thin layer of jam on each galette (leaving 1cm border free), top with cheese and apple slices (in the center), folding edges over.

    Step 4
    Bake on a baking sheet in a preheated oven with the grill function on for 3-5 minutes until the cheese begins to melt. Arrange galettes with rocket, add some cranberries and season with salt and pepper
