Ingredients

  • 10.5oz butternut squash (peeled, chopped and de-seeded)
  • 3.5oz red onion (peeled and chopped)
  • 14oz red lentils
  • 7oz sweetcorn
  • 7oz spinach
  • 7.5oz water
  • 2 tsp or 1 small stock cube vegetable stock powder
  • 2 tsp medium curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients, apart from the sweetcorn and spinach, to the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker and stir

Step 2
Place the Pressure Lid on your Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker. Select ‘pressure' for 5-8 minutes. Choose 5 minutes for firmer lentils and 8 minutes for a fluffier dahl

Step 3
Once the dahl is cooked be sure to release the pressure before opening the lid

Step 4
Stir in the sweetcorn and spinach, which will wilt and cook through with the heat of the dahl

Step 5
Leave it to cool slightly before serving

Step 6
Serve with brown rice, fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon
