Ingredients

For the crumb

  • 3.5oz oats
  • 3.5oz cooked chestnuts
  • 1.75oz almonds
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

For the vanilla mousse

  • 1 x 350g pack plain tofu, drained
  • 1.4oz sweetener
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1
First make the crumb: Place the ingredients into your Ninja Kitchen Nutri Ninja blender and pulse a few times until broken down and the mixture comes together. Divide half of this mixture between 4 small serving dishes and chill.

Step 2
Blend the tofu, sweetener, maple syrup, vanilla and nutmeg until smooth then scrape out and divide between the dishes to fill near to the top.

Step 3
Sprinkle over the remaining crumb to cover and fill the dishes then add a couple of chopped chestnuts and spray over edible glitter. Chill for at least 1 hour - then enjoy!
