Ingredients

  • 100g oats (1 measuring cup)
  • 1 egg
  • 8fl. oz almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • A handful raspberries
  • A handful cacao nibs or chocolate chips
  • Flaked almonds to garnish

Instructions

Step 1
Using a small deep baking dish, add the oats, cacao, baking powder and mix.

Step 2
Add the milk, eggs, vanilla and honey and whisk until combined.

Step 3
Add the cacao nibs and raspberries on top.

Step 4
Place the dish into the air fryer, use bake mode and cook the baked oats for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Baked oats should be slightly set with a gooey middle. Check the baked oats halfway and adjust the settings accordingly to your preferred consistency.

Step 5
Allow to cool, take the dish out of the air fryer using oven gloves, garnish with flaked almonds and serve with some ice cream or yoghurt.
