1. The promoter of this Competition is SharkNinja Europe Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08492819), whose registered office is at 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB (SNEL).

2. These terms and conditions are the Competition rules (Rules). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

3. SNEL reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Rules at any time if necessary to maintain the fair and proper conduct of the Competition, or if circumstances beyond its control mean that, in SNEL’s opinion, it is necessary to do so.

4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the Competition, the decision of SNEL shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into

5. To enter the Competition the entrant must be at least 18 years old and resident in Great Britain.

6. The Competition takes place between 18/09/2026 and 25/09/2026 at 23:59. Entrants may enter the competition by: - Liking the competition post - Tagging a friend in the comments - Following our @sharkbeautyuk Instagram account All actions must be completed to generate a valid entry. No purchase is necessary. Entries received after 25/09/2026 at 23:59 will not be entered into the competition.

7. Employees of SNEL or any group company or any company, organisation or body involved in the Competition or any members of any employees’ families or households or any other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter the Competition. SNEL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

8. Winner of the competition will be required to provide Personal Data such as name, delivery address, and contact details for the purposes of delivering their Shark Beauty UK product. For more information on how SharkNinja Europe processes your Personal Data and your data protection rights, please see our Privacy Notice by clicking here. If the prize includes a product from one of our partners, then they may be provided with your details for shipping purposes only. You will be made aware of this prior to the details being shared and will have the option to refuse, though if you do so you will not receive the relevant product.

9. It is up to each entrant to make sure that the information they submit is accurate. SNEL is not responsible for any failure of an entrant to be properly entered into the Competition, or to receive the prize, as a result of incorrect information being provided. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of receipt of an entry into the Competition.

10. SNEL is not responsible for any loss suffered by an entrant due to entries that, for reasons outside of SNEL’s control, are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, including, for example, as a result of postal failure, or any failure of equipment, technical malfunction, or systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure, unless caused by its negligence or misconduct.

11. SNEL may disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.

12. The Prize consists of the following: 1 x CryoGlow LED mask and 1 x FlexStyle Air Styler

13. Entry is free, but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access (as applicable).

14. The Prize winner will be selected at random within 7 days of the Closing Date. 1 draw will be made across all entries from the Shark Beauty Instagram.

15. SNEL will attempt to contact the Prize winner within 3 days of their selection to let them know that they have won and to confirm arrangements for delivery of the Prize. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted or the delivery arrangements confirmed within 7 days of SNEL first attempting to contact them, or if delivery cannot be carried out as agreed, despite SNEL or its courier having made reasonable efforts to do so in each case, the initial Prize winner will be disqualified and a new Prize winner selected. It is up to entrants to monitor the social media account used on entry to receive notice that they have won, and to be available to receive delivery of the Prize as agreed. SNEL is not responsible for their failure to do so resulting in the Prize being awarded to someone else.

16. There is no cash alternative. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. SNEL may replace the Prize or any element of it with an alternative prize or item of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

17. SNEL must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation SNEL will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who writes to: Marketing Department, SharkNinja Europe Limited, 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB within two months of the Closing Date (enclosing a self-addressed envelope). If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact SNEL at [email protected]. In such circumstances, SNEL must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

18. The winner may be requested to take part in promotional activity, including photographs.

19. As between any individual and SNEL, the Competition and these Rules will be governed by the law of the part of Great Britain where the individual is resident. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the part of Great Britain where the individual is resident, or, if the individual is not resident in Great Britain, of the English courts.

  1. The promoter of this Competition is SharkNinja Europe Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08492819), whose registered office is at 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB (SNEL). 

  1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply exclusively to the Shark Home Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) described below in more detail and no other terms apply, except where expressly referred to in these Terms. By entering the Giveaway participants agree to be bound by these Terms. 

  1. SNEL reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway or these Terms at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: 

  1. Technical issues (e.g. bugs, viruses, tampering and system failures); 

  1. Fraudulent activities or unfair practices that compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest; 

  1. Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics or changes in law); 

  1. Insufficient or maximum number of eligible entries.  

 

  1. If the competition is terminated before its scheduled end date, SNEL may, at its sole discretion, select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the termination. In such case the participants that have already participated will be notified immediately. 

 

  1. SNEL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued participation will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. 

 

  1. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the Competition, the decision of SNEL shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into 

Eligibility 

  1. Participants must be 18 years old or above resident in the United Kingdom. 

  1. The Giveaway will take place from 10:00 AM BST on 18 September 2026 to 12:00 PM BST on 25 September 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered. 

  1. Participants may submit one (1) valid entry during the Entry Period. 

  1. Employees of SNEL or any company belonging to the SNEL corporate group, as well as their family or household members and other individuals directly or indirectly involved with the competition, are excluded from participation. SNEL reserves the right to check the eligibility of all potential participants. 

How to Enter:  

 

  1. The Giveaway will be promoted across two Instagram posts: a Reels post on the @sharkhomeuk trial reels, inviting users to follow the account, and a post on the main grid thanking users for following the account. During the Entry Period, participants may enter the Giveaway by (i) following @sharkhomeuk on Instagram and (ii) commenting on the main grid post naming the Shark product they would use first. Both steps are required to enter. Tagging a friend and/or sharing the post is encouraged but is not required to enter. Each qualifying comment equals one entry. 

 

  1. It is up to each participant to ensure that the information they submit is accurate. SNEL is not responsible for any failure of an entrant to be properly entered into the Giveaway, or to receive the prize, as a result of incorrect information being provided. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of receipt of an entry into the Competition. 

 

  1. SNEL may disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Terms. 

Winner Selection and Prizes 

  1. Winner of the competition will be required to provide Personal Data such as name, delivery address, and contact details for the purposes of delivering their Shark Home UK prize bundle. You will be made aware of this prior to the details being shared and will have the option to refuse, though if you do so you will not receive the relevant product.

Following the Entry Period, the Shark Home UK will select one (1) winner by random drawing, to take place after the Entry Period has closed, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Products are subject to availability; if any product becomes unavailable, SNEL reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative product of equal or higher value. This Giveaway celebrates Shark Home UK reaching 300,000 followers on Instagram; reaching that milestone is not a condition of the Prize being awarded. 

 

  1. The winner will be notified via Direct Message after the Entry Period has closed. SNEL’s decision is final on matters relating to this Drawing.  

 

  1. SNEL will attempt to contact the Prize winner within 10 days of their selection to let them know that they have won and to confirm arrangements for delivery of the Prize. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted or the delivery arrangements confirmed within 7 days of SNEL first attempting to contact them, or if delivery cannot be carried out as agreed, despite SNEL or its courier having made reasonable efforts to do so in each case, the initial Prize winner will be disqualified and a new Prize winner will be selected. It is up to participants to monitor the social media account used on entry to receive notice that they have won, and to be available to receive delivery of the Prize as agreed. SNEL is not responsible for their failure to do so resulting in the Prize being awarded to someone else. The Prize will be delivered within one (1) week of confirmation of the winner's delivery details. Delivery is available to addresses in Northern Ireland, in addition to England.

SNEL is not responsible for any loss suffered by an entrant due to entries that, for reasons outside of SNEL’s control, are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, including, for example, as a result of postal failure, or any failure of equipment, technical malfunction, or systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure, unless caused by its negligence or wilful misconduct. 

 

  1. Participation is free, but internet costs may apply. 

 

  1. There is no cash alternative. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.  SNEL may replace the Prize or any element of it with an alternative prize or item of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

Any claims must be submitted in writing to SharkNinja Europe Ltd 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB no later than one month after the Giveaway ends.
