  1. The promoter of this Competition is SharkNinja Europe Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08492819), whose registered office is at 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB (SNEL).
  2. These terms and conditions are the Competition rules (Rules). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
  3. SNEL reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Rules at any time if necessary to maintain the fair and proper conduct of the Competition, or if circumstances beyond its control mean that, in SNEL’s opinion, it is necessary to do so.
  4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the Competition, the decision of SNEL shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into
  5. To enter the Competition the entrant must be at least 18 years old and resident in Great Britain.
  6. The Competition takes place on 10/04/2026 at 12:00pm and ends on 17/04/2026 at 11:59pm.
    Entrants must:
    • Follow @sharkbeautyuk and the participating brand account, like the giveaway post and tag a friend in the comments. Entrants Instagram account must be public for us to check the entry mechanism has been followed.
    No purchase is necessary. Entries received after 17/04/2026 at 11:59pm will not be entered into the Competition. One (1) winner will be announced by 20/04/2026 and will be selected via random using commentpicker.com.
  7. Employees of SNEL or any group company or any company, organisation or body involved in the Competition or any members of any employees’ families or households or any other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter the Competition. SNEL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
  8. Winner of the competition will be required to provide Personal Data such as name, delivery address, and contact details for the purposes of delivering their Shark Home UK and Shark Beauty UK products. If the prize includes a product from one of our partners, then they may be provided with your details for shipping purposes only. You will be made aware of this prior to the details being shared and will have the option to refuse, though if you do so you will not receive the relevant product.
  9. It is up to each entrant to make sure that the information they submit is accurate. SNEL is not responsible for any failure of an entrant to be properly entered into the Competition, or to receive the Prize, as a result of incorrect information being provided. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of receipt of an entry into the Competition.
  10. SNEL is not responsible for any loss suffered by an entrant due to entries that, for reasons outside of SNEL’s control, are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, including, for example, as a result of postal failure, or any failure of equipment, technical malfunction, or systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure, unless caused by its negligence or misconduct.
  11. SNEL may disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
  12. There will be one (1) individual winner and they will be randomly selected. Prize is as follows:

  13. Entry is free, but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access (as applicable).
  14. SNEL will attempt to contact the Prize winner via Instagram and/or TikTok, between 27/03/2026 at 10:01am and 01/04/2026 at 17:00pm to let them know that they have won and to confirm arrangements for delivery of the Prize. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted or the delivery arrangements confirmed within two (2) working days (Monday-Friday) of SNEL first attempting to contact them, or if delivery cannot be carried out as agreed, despite SNEL or its courier having made reasonable efforts to do so in each case, the initial Prize winner will be disqualified and a new Prize winner selected. It is up to entrants to monitor the social media account used on entry to receive notice that they have won, and to be available to receive delivery of the Prize as agreed. SNEL is not responsible for their failure to do so resulting in the Prize being awarded to someone else.
  15. There is no cash alternative. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. SNEL may replace the Prize or any element of it with an alternative prize or item of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  16. SNEL must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation SNEL will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who writes to: Marketing Department, SharkNinja Europe Limited, 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB within two (2) months of the Closing Date (enclosing a self-addressed envelope).   18. As between any individual and SNEL, the Competition and these Rules will be governed by the law of the part of Great Britain where the individual is resident. Shark UK and Scrub Daddy UK Competition March 2026 (Competition) Terms and Conditions

The promoters of this Competition are SharkNinja Europe Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08492819), whose registered office is at 3150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8ZB (SNEL), in partnership with H. J. Scrub Daddy UK Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08601019), whose registered office is in 1 Ormidale Square, Tiverton Business Park, Tiverton, England, EX16 6TW (Scrub Daddy UK) . Scrub Daddy UK and SNEL are collectively referred to herein as the “Promoters”.
  2. These terms and conditions are the Competition rules (Rules). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and any general terms of Instagram (such terms and conditions are beyond the control of the Promoters and remain fully applicable in addition to these Rules).

    • to carry out obligations arising from any agreements entered into between you and the Promoters;

This release shall be binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
  24. The Promoters will not in any circumstances accept any liability for any loss or damage, direct and / or indirect, in connection with the Competition, including but not limited to:

    • The cancellation, interruption, or alteration of the Competition; or
