Ingredients

  • 0oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1oz cocoa powder
  • 2oz caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 7fl. oz double cream
  • 12fl. oz whole milk

Utensils needed

  • Large bowl;Silicone Tipped Spatula;Whisk

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds or alternatively, soften by mixing with a spoon. Add the cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla extract. With a whisk or silicone spatula, beat for about 60 seconds until the mixture looks like frosting.

Step 2
Slowly mix in the double cream and milk until fully combined and sugar is dissolved.

Step 3
Pour base into an empty CREAMi Deluxe Tub. Place lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 4
Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Please use the Quick Start Guide for assembly and processing information.

Step 5
Select ICE CREAM.

Step 6
Once processing is complete, add mix-ins or remove ice cream from tub and serve immediately.
