LEVEL 1 (Combi Pan)
- 4fl. oz water, for steaming
LEVEL 2 (Bake Tray)
- 11oz all butter sheet puff pastry
- 1oz soft brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
Icing
- 1oz icing sugar, sifted
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 120ml water into the Combi Pan for steaming. Then slide the pan into Level 1.
Step 2
Unroll the pastry. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together, sprinkle over the pastry leaving a 1cm border on one of the long edges. Brush edge with egg and roll up into a sausage shape. Gently press down to seal. Cut into 12 evenly sized pieces.
Step 3
Arrange the cinnamon rolls on Bake Tray, leaving a little space between the rolls. Brush with beaten egg.
Step 4
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI Bake, set temperature to 175°C and set time to 12 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 20 minutes before cooking).
Step 5
When cooking is complete, remove tray and allow to cool.
Step 6
Make icing, in a small bowl, mix icing sugar and water a little at a time until thick. Drizzle over the rolls.
