Garlic Dough Balls

For the dough
- 14oz strong white flour
- 0.25oz sachet easy blend yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8.75fl. oz tepid water
For the garlic butter
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 0.25oz flat leaf parsley
- 1.75oz butter
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas 6.
Step 2
Grease a baking tray.
Step 3
Install the dough blade in the Precision Processor® Bowl. Add the flour, yeast, salt and oil. Install the lid, then select MIX. Pour water through feed tube until the dough starts to fall a ball around the blade. Select MIX again to knead the dough. Remove dough and cut in half and divide into 20 golf ball size pieces. Roll each into a ball and place spaced apart on the baking tray. Leave to rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Step 4
Bake for 15- 20 minutes in a hot oven. If cooking in a NINJA Foodi. Select BAKE/ROAST, set temperature to 190°C and set time to 5 minutes to preheat. Select START/STOP to begin. Place tin in pot. Select BAKE/ROAST, set temperature to 190°C and set time to 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Select START/STOP to begin.
Step 5
Meanwhile, install the cutting blade in the Precision Processor® Bowl, place garlic and parsley in bowl. Select CHOP. Carefully remove blade. Melt butter and stir in garlic and parsley.
Step 6
Brush balls with garlic butter as soon as soon as they are out of the oven. Serve hot.
