Ginger Shot Smoothie Bowl
This Ginger Shot Smoothie Bowl is great for supporting your natural immunity whilst giving you a warming boost during the colder months. Oh and it's super delicious too!
Ingredients
For the smoothie bowl
- 5.25oz banana (finely sliced)
- 5.25oz white grapes
- 3.85fl. oz plant based milk
- 2.1fl. oz ginger juice shot
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
For the toppings
- Diced mango
- Passion fruit
- Coconut flakes
- Pumpkin seeds
- Chopped nuts
Instructions
Step 1
Add the ingredients for the smoothie bowl to the ice cream tub, filling to the max fill line, stir together then seal with the provided lid. Freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
Step 2
Remove tub from freezer, remove lid, then place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
Step 3
Select SMOOTHIE BOWL. Once the programme has finished check the consistency and RE-SPIN if necessary.
Step 4
Transfer to a bowl(s) and serve with listed toppings.
Notes:
For a more complete smoothie bowl add a scoop of protein or a tablespoon of nut butter.
