Ingredients

For the chicken

  • 6-7 boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

To serve with

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Tender stem broccoli

Instructions

Step 1
Before grilling, just rub in some garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil and parsley, with a bit of salt and pepper into the chicken and set the target temperature on the Ninja Foodi MAX Health Grill & Air Fryer to chicken - well done

Step 2
Once it's ready to add the food, stick the thermometer from the Ninja Foodi Grill into a thigh and get grilling. Flip when required and once it reaches its target temperature, it will turn itself off (around 7 minutes). That's it! Done! So easy and with zero oil being used, also very healthy

Step 3
Serve with veg of your choice, I had mine with some roast carrots, shallots and garlic, as well as some stir fried peppers and long stem broccoli
