King Prawn Bhuna with Basmati Rice

Ingredients
LEVEL 1 (Combi Pan)
- 14oz basmati rice
- 16fl. oz vegetable stock
- 2 shallots, peeled, minced
- 1 tbsp peeled, grated ginger
LEVEL 2 (Bake Tray)
- 23oz frozen king prawns
- 1 green pepper, deseeded, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 onion, peeled, cut into 8 wedges
- 2 tomatoes, cut into 8ths
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 24oz bhuna sauce
- 3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Place all Level 1 ingredients in the Combi Pan and stir to combine. Slide the pan into Level 1.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix all Level 2 ingredients together, except for the coriander. Transfer to bake tray and spread out evenly. Slide the tray into Level 2.
Step 3
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEALS, set temperature to 175°C and set time to 12 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 6 minutes before cooking). Stir prawns halfway through cooking.
Step 4
When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Stir and fluff the rice, then stir in the fresh coriander into the prawns, vegetables, and sauce. Serve with the rice.
