Korean Rolled Egg
SOFT ROLLED OMELETTE, PERFECT FOR BREAKFAST, LIGHT LUNCHES AND SNACKING.

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 carrot, finely diced
- 1 small red pepper, finely diced
- Bunch of chives, finely chopped
- 7oz luncheon meat or spam
- Salt and pepper to season
- NADA Hot sauce to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Turn the ninja grill on and preheat on the flat plate function.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until smooth.
Step 3
Add the diced vegetables, chives and meat and mix well.
Step 4
When the grill has preheated open the lid and using a ladle pour 1/3 of the egg mixture on the flat plate, spread around with a spatula and cook until just set but still soft.
Step 5
Roll the omelette using the spatula put to one side of the plate, then pour another 1/3 of the mixture on the plate.
Step 6
Repeat the process of rolling the whole omelette once cooked then repeat with the last 1/3 of the mixture.
Step 7
Once cooked set aside and rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into 2cm slices and serving topped with hot sauce(optional) and diced chives.
