Ingredients

  • 3 unwaxed lemon, juiced and zest of 1
  • 2oz caster sugar
  • 8fl. oz water
  • 10oz ice
  • Lemon slices, to decorate

Instructions

Step 1
Install blade assembly in the JUG. Add lemon juice, zest, sugar, water and ice into the JUG. Lock lid into position. 

Step 2
Select CRUSH and press START/STOP. 

Step 3
Remove lid and blades from jug after blending. Serve slushie in tall glasses decorated with lemon slices.
