  • Smoky: Ideal for pork and chicken, this delicious blend really makes that smoked BBQ flavour sing. Great colour from this BBQ seasoning enhances your low and slow cooking. A hit of smoky bacon flavour combined with smoked paprika is sure to make you master of the BBQ, perfectly complementing Ninja Woodfire pellets – perfect for making pulled pork that all the neighbours will talk about.​

  • Universal: Our Universal BBQ seasoning has no added sugar, so it’s ideal for healthier eating. Three classic BBQ seasonings, garlic, paprika and onion, pack a flavourful punch. Cumin, chilli and pepper bring the rub to life with earthy and smoky notes. A real all rounder, use this seasoning on any meat or vegetables to add juicy flavour.

  • Sweet: This is a delicious, aromatic blend of spices with notes of citrus and orange. Colour comes from smoked paprika and chilli, along with savoury notes from garlic and onion. Use this on pork shoulder steaks, or a whole barbecued chicken – it’s great with a Beer Can Chicken recipe. Cook low and slow for best results. ​

  • Texan: This blend is full of BIG flavour, with pepper and garlic at the fore. Complex spice notes come from ginger and chilli, while the seasoning's savoury powers are boosted with bay, thyme and smoked paprika. This seasoning really compliments beef and steak, giving you a Texas treat with every mouthful. Season towards the end of your cook if searing steaks with high heat, or add to low-and-slow cooked beef ribs.​​
