Onion Bhaji
A simple spin on the Indian classic!
This onion bhaji recipe is easy to make, the perfect accompaniment to your favourite curry!
Ingredients
- 1 finely sliced onion
- 3.5oz flour
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2tsp chilli powder
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 3.5oz water
- To taste salt and pepper
- Fridge
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
Step 2
Slowly add the water until it's a thick smooth consistency
Step 3
Place in the fridge for around 1 hour
Step 4
Thinly chop the onions into slices and soak in cold water
Step 5
Once the hour is up, drain the onions well, add to the mixture and mix
Step 6
Take enough onions to make a ball that fits in the palm of your hands and put into the Cook && Crisp basket of the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker
Step 7
Set the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker to the air crisp setting at 200 degrees and cook for 8-10 minutes depending on how crispy you like them
