Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 parsnips, peeled and sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 24.5fl. oz chicken stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Step 1
Saute Onion and Garlic in Soup Maker.

Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and press the smooth soup button.

Step 3
Check seasoning and thickness and adjust if needed.
