Pecan Pie Milkshake
Packed full of comforting autumnal flavour this Pecan Pie Milkshake is a fun twist on the beloved American dessert. Suitable for vegans and those on a gluten-free diet.

Ingredients
- 2oz ice cubes
- 1oz toasted pecans, save 2 for decoration
- 4oz plant-based vanilla ice cream, divided
- 3fl. oz plant-based milk (cashew or barista style is best)
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp blackstrap molasses, plus extra for decoration
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra for decoration
- Pinch Sea salt or bicarbonate of soda
To decorate
- Plant-based whipped cream
- Toasted mini vegan marshmallows
- Granola
Instructions
Step 1
Take a highball glass and drizzle with a little blackstrap molasses. Set glass to one side.
Step 2
Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.
Step 3
Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed but reserve half of the ice cream. Secure the lid back on the vessel.
Step 4
To blend, double-click the Blend Button.
Step 5
When blending is complete, open lid and add the remaining ice cream. Blend again. When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.
Step 6
Transfer to prepared glass, top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, toasted mini marshmallows, and granola, if desired. Serve immediately.
