Protein Pancakes
These are the best guilt-free pancakes you will ever have, they have no flour and no sugar added therefore it is lower in calories. They are low fat and high protein. These protein pancakes are naturally thin due to its consistency. If you chose to add flour you can make them thicker

Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1.7oz chocolate flavour whey protein
- coconut oil
Toppings
- 1.7oz blueberries
- 1 protein bar
- Maple syrup
- Crushed hemp seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Using the jug of you Ninja blender, pour in all of the ingredients
Step 2
Select smoothie and allow the ingredients to mix together to make the pancake mixture
Step 3
Pour some coconut oil into a non-stick pan at medium heat, using a soup ladle, pour the pancake batter directly in the pan using the ladle and cook for a few minutes on each side
Step 4
Carry on until you use up all of the pancake batter
Step 5
Add all of the toppings and enjoy
