Pull-Apart Garlic Knots

Ingredients
- 8fl. oz water
- 0 Nonstick cooking spray
- 17oz ready-made bread dough, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or vegetarian equivalent
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2fl. oz extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 250ml water into the pot. Push in the legs on the Cook && Crisp Tray, then place the tray in the bottom position in the pot. Spray the Multi-Purpose Pan (or 20cm round baking tin) with cooking spray.
Step 2
Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a 15cm rope, then tie it into a knot. Place knots in the prepared tin and spray with cooking spray. Place the tin on the tray. Cover with a clean tea towel and leave to prove at room temperature for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Step 3
In a small bowl, prepare the sauce while the rolls prove. Add garlic, parsley, Parmesan, salt, and olive oil. Whisk until fully combined.
Step 4
When proving is complete, place tin on tray and use half of the prepared Parmesan sauce to generously cover each roll.
Step 5
Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch to RAPID COOKER. Select STEAM AIR FRY, set temperature to 180°C and set time to 8 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for approx. 4 minutes before countdown timer begins).
Step 6
When cooking is complete, carefully remove the tin. Brush the rolls with the remaining Parmesan sauce and serve warm.
