Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Use up any leftover pumpkin from Halloween and make yourself this delicious Pumpkin Spice Smoothie in minutes. Perfect served with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
For a coffee-flavoured alternative replace 60ml of the milk with chilled strong espresso.

Ingredients
- 7fl. oz milk of choice
- 4oz pumpkin puree
- 1oz vanilla ice cream or frozen yoghurt (or plant-based/vegan substitutes)
- 1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground ginger
- Whipped cream and cinnamon, to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.
Step 2
Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed. Then secure the lid back on the vessel.
Step 3
To blend, double-click the Blend Button.
Step 4
When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off. Repeat blending process if necessary.
Step 5
Transfer to a highball glass, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
