- 4oz lardon cubes
- 28oz pork sausages
- 2 red onions, peeled and diced
- 2 celery sticks, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 2 tbsp sundried tomato purée
- 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 x 14.1oz can butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 7fl. oz red wine
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to the pot. Stir to combine, then cover with the lid.
Step 2
Turn dial to BRAISE, set temperature to HI, set time to 3 hours, and press START/STOP to begin cooking.
Step 3
When cooking is complete, remove lid. Remove bay leaf and stir ingredients to combine. Serve immediately.
