FacialPro Glow is a facial device, designed to help you achieve Spa level results in the comfort of your own home. Our skincare exfoliation and DePuffi technology has been developed as an all-in-one system to enhance your existing routine. Depuffi is an at-home InstaChill and InstaHeat device, designed to help soothe and prep skin for skincare. Use daily or as part of your FacialPro Glow routine for best results. Its GuaSha inspired form makes it easy to glide and soothe all areas of your face and neck.

Exfoliation and DePuffi attachments push fit into the power hub. To remove, press the accessory release button on the back of the power hub. Tips and self-rinse cap will connect by push force to the extraction attachment. Grab the grip and pull to remove.

In the box you will find: Power hub, Exfoliation Attachment, Depuffi attachment, 4 x tips (2 x normal & 2 x gentle), Derm Detox, Hydro Infuse Hydrator, cleaning brush, USB-C cable and storage case. Instructions: Quick start guide & User manual

To clean the Exfoliation Attachment, run the self-rinse cycle first before scrubbing the tanks with the Cleaning Brush and water. Tips should be scrubbed with the Cleaning Brush and water. DePuffi should be wiped with a damp cloth. The outside of the Power Base should be wiped with a damp cloth. All components should be left to air-dry before storing.

Store in the storage case provided. Ensure all component parts are completely dry before storing. Topicals will sit seperately.

The Power Hub and Exfoliation Attachment are IPX5 rated.

Used at home exfoliating products including any other products with AHAs or BHAs in the past 24 hours

Received a professional facial with exfoliation in the past week

Received a cosmetic treatment where the skin has not fully healed, including, microneedling, laser, or chemical peel

If you’ve recently received cosmetic injectables like neurotoxins or dermal fillers, please consult your provider before use.

If you are taking isotretinoin commonly known as “Accutane”

If you’re currently irritated from any topical retinoid (e.g. tretinoin, adapalene), please refrain from using this device

Check the tips after every use for signs of damage or degredation. If performance changes, replace the tips. Tips should last up to 9 months but we recommend replacing more frequently.

Yes. Please check skincare warnings, contraindications and ingredients before use.

Yes, you can use this device on holiday. This product contains an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards. Do not use InstaHeat feature on DePuffi if you have a sunburn.

Your skin’s oil production and congestion can vary by climate, season, and factors such as hormones or stress. With a consistent use of your FacialPro Glow, it is expected for your waste to become less dirty or dense.

FacialPro Glow and skincare have been developed as a system to achieve the best on-skin results. Using other brand topicals means you will not achieve the results intended and may damage your unit.

The proof is in the purge. Purging shows that skin cells are being turned over and impurities are being lifted. New users who are not used to exfoliation or salicylic acid, should anticipate potential skin purging to occur 1-2 weeks after using the device. This is completely normal as the active ingredients in the skincare formulas are bringing impurities to the surface. This is a sign that the device and skincare formulas are working. Your skin state should return to good condition after a few weeks of using the device (depending on your skin type, tone, and sensitivity)

Apply good pressure to the skin when using the tip until a seal is created. For DePuffi, light pressure should be applied to the skin.

After first use your skin will look decongested, smooth, hydrated and glowy. Your dirty tank should be full of impurities (depending on your starting condition).

FacialPro Glow extraction has been designed to be used once weekly. The DePuffi attachment has been designed to be used daily. Unsure where to start? We recommend completing your weekly pro glow routine on your self care day. If using in the morning, remember to apply SPF after your routine! For DePuffi, why not use InstaChill in the morning to help refresh tired eyes and InstaHeat in the evening to help unwind?

You can. Please ensure you read the warnings and precautions associated with your CryoGlow mask before use. We recommend using CryoGlow before FacialPro for best results. Ensure your skin is not irritated before use.

Yes, the unit is safe to use on your beard, however, we recommend using FacialPro Glow on clean, shaven skin for best results. Do not use this device on your skin immediately after shaving as this may lead to irritation.
