What are the temperatures of the SilkiPro Straight Straightener?

For wet mode, the temperatures are the following:
High: 120°C (+/- 10°C)
Med: 110°C (+/- 10°C)
Low: 100°C (+/- 10°C)

For dry mode the temperatures are the following:

Med: 190°C (+/- 10°C)

What are HeatSense Ceramic Plates?

SilkiPro Straight uses integrated heat sensors to help monitor and regulate the temperature of the ceramic plates while you style. This helps maintain consistent heat and avoid excessive temperature spikes, so you get controlled heat during styling and reduce unnecessary heat exposure to your hair.

Does SilkiPro Straight have auto shut-off?

If left on without use for 3 minutes, SilkiPro Straight will automatically shut off to save energy and for safety.

Can I use SilkiPro Straight on dry hair only?

Yes. Use Dry Mode on dry hair to get SilkiPro Straight smooth hair, style, or refresh between washes.

Which comb should I use and when?

Wide-Tooth Comb: prep, stretch, and rough-dry in Wet Mode.
Gentle or Precision Comb: more tension and control for smoothing and styling, especially in Wet & Dry Mode.

How can I get sleeker, straighter results?

For sleeker results, always finish with Dry Mode. Use smaller sections, increase tension with the Gentle or Precision Comb, and move slowly from root to tip.

Do you have any tips for fine hair?

Use lower temperature settings and smaller sections. Avoid overworking the hair and remember that fine hair typically requires less tension and fewer passes.

Do you have any tips for thick hair?

For thick hair, work in smaller sections and use the Wide-Tooth Comb in Wet Mode to thoroughly dry and stretch hair and don’t forget to go in with in Dry Mode.

Do you have any tips for curly or coily hair?

For curly or coily hair, use Wet Mode with the Wide-Tooth Comb to stretch and rough-dry. Switch to Dry Mode once hair is mostly dry and use controlled passes for smoothing.
