  • 4 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 brown onion, finely diced
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 14oz tin chopped tomatoes
  • 14oz tin coconut milk
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic puree
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • For garnishing chopped fresh coriander
  • To serve rice or naan bread

Instructions

Step 1
Into a mixing bowl add 1x Tbsp Garam Masala, 1 Tsp Ground Cumin, ½ Tsp of Ground Coriander and salt, followed by the Greek Yoghurt and then combine the ingredients

Step 2
Add in the Lamb chunks and mix well. Leave this to marinade for a minimum of 1 hour or longer if possible. Doing this in advance will enhance the flavours

Step 3
To start your curry sauce, use the SAUTE function on the Ninja Foodi SmartLid Multi-cooker (high heat setting) heat the olive oil and sauté the onions until they are softened/slightly browned

Step 4
Add in the sliced red chilli and chilli flakes and continue to sauté for another 2 minutes

Step 5
Add in the Garlic Puree and Ground Ginger and heat for a further minute

Step 6
Then add in the chopped tomatoes and coconut milk and bring to a simmer

Step 7
Once simmering add in the Lamb and yoghurt marinade and combine well

Step 8
Once combined, close the lid and switch to the Slow Cooking function on your Ninja Foodi SmartLid Multi-cooker and set it to a high heat for 3 hours

Step 9
Leave your curry to slow cook for this time stirring occasionally

Step 10
After this time your curry sauce should be thick and a rich orange colour

Step 11
Serve with your curry garnished with Coriander and your choice of side, such as rice or naan bread
