Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 5fl. oz milk
- 7oz spelt flour
- Pinch of salt
- NADA A little cinnamon
- 1/2 pck. baking powder
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs, milk well. Sift in flour, pinch of salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Mash peeled bananas with a fork. Mix everything together until smooth.
Step 2
Heat oil in a small frying pan and fry pancakes over medium heat until golden brown.
