- 17.5fl. oz buttermilk
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- A pinch salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 frozen or fresh bananas
- 2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp almond or coconut butter ( optional)

Step 1
Add everything to the blender. Choose smoothie setting and wait 60 seconds until all is perfectly blended
