Sweet Potato Ganache Oats
Ingredients
- 60g rolled oats
- 10g chia seeds
- 150ml plant drink of your choice
- 100g sweet potato puree
- 20g melted sugar-free chocolate
- 50g berries
- 5g almond butter
- NADA
Instructions
Step 1
Cook Sweet Potato until soft and add to the Ninja Blender and mix with melted chocolate
Step 2
Combine oats, chia seds and plant drink and mix together.
Step 3
Add Berries, the sweet potato ganache and garnish with almond butter
