Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • 25g sesame seeds, plus a few extra for serving
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled, crushed
  • 3fl. oz Greek yogurt

To Serve

  • Drizzle of honey
  • Flat breads

Instructions

Step 1
Place sesame seeds into the stainless-steel grinding cup.

Step 2
Place the lid onto the blade assembly with the grinding cup so the tabs on the cup meet the entry point on the blade assembly. Twist until the lid is locked in place.

Step 3
Place the grinder onto the motor base, aligning tabs on the grinder with the slots on the base. Then, rotate clockwise until it clicks into place. Select PULSE. Pulse until the sesame seeds are ground into a paste.

Step 4
In a small bowl add sesame paste, lemon, garlic and mix well to combine.

Step 5
Serve drizzled with honey and sesame seeds with warm flatbreads.
