- 3 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3.5oz Red Lentils
- 1.58oz Bulgur Wheat
- 1.75oz Rice
- 26.25fl. oz Vegetable Stock
- 2.45fl. oz Tomatoes, Pureed
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp dried Mint
- Salt & Pepper
- Lemon
Instructions
Step 1
Add Onion and Garlic to Soup Maker and press Chop.
Step 2
Add Oil and press Saute.
Step 3
Add all the remaining ingredients and select Smooth.
Step 4
Serve with a squeeze of Lemon Juice.
