Ingredients

  • 5 Large Potatoes, peeled and cut into thick chips
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Step 1
Add Potatoes to a bowl of water and soak 10 minutes.

Step 2
Drain. Rinse the potatoes and pat dry with a towel.

Step 3
Add the chips to the air fryer in a single layer and add oil.

Step 4
Toss through to coat the chips. Add the seasoning.

Step 5
Preheat air fryer to 180 C. Set timer for 20 minutes, shaking midway.

Step 6
Check if the chips are cooked. If they aren't cook for a further 5 minutes and continue to do so until they’re fully cooked.
