Easy Chocolate Ice Cream
TIP: If cocoa powder is lumpy, sift to remove lumps.
NOTE: It is normal for some of the chocolate to settle at the bottom of the tub during freezing.

Ingredients
- 0.6oz cream cheese, softened
- 0.7oz cocoa powder
- 1oz caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5fl. oz double cream
- 8fl. oz whole milk
- Microwave
Instructions
Step 1
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds. Add the cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla extract. With a whisk or silicone spatula, beat for about 60 seconds until the mixture looks like frosting.
Step 2
Slowly mix in the double cream and milk until fully combined and sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
Pour base into an empty tub. Place lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.
Step 4
Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Please use the Quick Start Guide for assembly and processing information.
Step 5
Select ICE CREAM.
Step 6
Once processing is complete, add mix-ins or remove ice cream from tub and serve immediately.
