Air Fryer Pitta Pizza
Pizza is one of my favourite comfort foods, so creating a simple home-made version was a must. This is now one of my favouite go-to lunches while working from home. The toppings can also be switched up to create different flavours, and individual pizzas for children.
Ingredients
- 4 gluten free pitta breads
- 4 tbsp (60ml) gluten free bbq sauce
- 2.8oz grated cheddar cheese
- 2.8oz diced mozzarella
- 2.1oz diced cooked chicken
- 1.4oz sliced mini pepperoni
- 1.4oz diced red pepper
- Pinch chilli flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Place the air fryer basket in your Foodi
Step 2
Spread the bbq sauce over each pitta bread
Step 3
Sprinkle on the cheddar and mozzarella
Step 4
Top each pitta with the chicken, pepperoni, red pepper and chilli flakes
Step 5
Cook the pittas one at a time in your Foodi on 180oc for 7 minutes
Step 6
Repeat until all the pizzas are cooked
Step 7
Serve with a side salad
