Ingredients
- 2 slices soda bread
- Soft butter for spreading, as desired
- 3-4 slices of brie
- 2-3 teaspoons cranberry sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Flip unit down to horizontal position and push level back all the way until it clicks into position.
Step 2
Evenly spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Then place them butter side down. Top with brie and cranberry sauce, then close the sandwich with the butter on the outside.
Step 3
Place sandwich as far forward on the grill tray away from handle. Using the top handle, press down so the top cooking plate lowers.
Step 4
Insert the press into the unit. Select PANINI, select HIGH and set timer to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin. Bake until your desired shade is reached.
Step 5
When cooking is complete, remove panini press from unit and serve immediately.
