Camembert and Cranberry Filo Parcels
TIP Cover pastry with a damp tea towel to stop it from drying out.

Ingredients
- 8.75oz Camembert
- 8.75oz filo pastry
- 12 tsp Cranberry sauce
- 2.63oz Melted butter
Instructions
Step 1
Cut camembert into 12 triangles. Unroll pastry and cut pastry into 12cm squares. Brush pastry with melted butter and arrange 4 layers of pastry on top of each other at an angle so the points form a star. Place a piece of camembert in centre of pastry and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top. Draw up pastry edges and twist pastry into a parcel. Place on Oven Tray. Repeat with remaining pastry.
Step 2
Insert wire rack on Level 2. Select BAKE, set temperature to 190°C and set time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin preheating.
Step 3
When the unit has preheated, place Oven Tray on wire rack on Level 3. Close oven door to begin cooking.
Step 4
Serve warm.
