Ingredients

  • 3.5oz oat flour
  • 1.93oz chocolate whey protein
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.35oz cocoa powder
  • 1 medium ripe mashed banana (90g)
  • 1.4oz stevia
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.63oz light cream cheese (room temperature)
  • Fresh raspberries

Instructions

Step 1
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic dough blade, add the oat flour and the whey, baking powder, salt and the cocoa powder and select low for 30 seconds to mix the dry ingredients together.

Step 2
Add the mashed banana, 30g stevia and eggs and select low for 30-45 seconds to combine the dry and wet ingredients together.

Step 3
Preheat your Ninja Mini Flip oven to 160 degrees (if you are using a regular oven, pre-heat at the beginning), line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, using two table spoons, scoop the cookie dough in the tray and form a cookie shape.

Step 4
Bake the cookies for 5-6 minutes, remove from the oven and allow the cool before adding the cream cheese filling.

Step 5
Add the cream cheese in a small bowl with 10g of stevia and thoroughly mix the two ingredients together. Spread cream cheese in two of the cookies then add raspberries (optional)and sandwich the cookies together. You can use any fresh fruits instead of raspberries and/or even peanut butter.
