Ingredients

  • 7fl. oz cold milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein yogurt
  • 1 x 1oz scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ (2.1oz) banana, frozen, sliced

Instructions

Step 1
Install vessel on motor base. Turn blender on by holding the power button.

Step 2
Unscrew lid from vessel and add all ingredients in the order listed. Secure lid back on vessel. 

Step 3
To blend, press the Blend Button. One quick press and release starts blend mode (30sec). 

Step 4
When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.
