- 7.7oz dates
- 3.15oz walnuts
- 2.1oz oats
- 4 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1.75oz peanut butter
- Optional Cacao powder for roll in
Instructions
Step 1
Simply place the dates, walnuts, oats, coffee powder and peanut butter in the blender and blend until combined.
Step 2
Roll into approximately 16 balls and place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Should you wish roll in some cacao powder before eating. Enjoy!
