Double Chocolate Cookie Dough Bites
We all need that little bit of chocolatey indulgence sometimes and it's even better when it's homemade!
These gluten and dairy free chocolate covered bites are so simple to make yet absolutely delicious. They're sure to go quick!

Ingredients
- 3.5oz gluten free oat flour
- 1.7oz ground almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.8oz melted coconut oil
- 4.4oz dairy free white chocolate
- 3.5oz dark chocolate
- Fridge
Instructions
Step 1
Add the oat flour, ground almonds, vanilla, maple syrup and coconut oil to your food processor and pulse until combined
Step 2
Cover a plate with greaseproof paper
Step 3
Roll the mixture between your hands into ball shapes
Step 4
Press each ball down gently on the plate so the bottoms are flat
Step 5
Place them in the fridge to set for an hour
Step 6
Melt the white chocolate and coat each cookie dough ball, place them back in the fridge to set for 30 minutes
Step 7
Melt the dark chocolate
Step 8
Dip the bottom of each cookie dough ball in the dark chocolate, then drizzle the rest over the top
Step 9
Store in the fridge
