Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 tin (13.9oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tin (7oz) heavy cream
  • 8.75fl. oz milk
  • 5.25fl. oz spiced rum
  • Seeds from 1 vanilla pod

Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients except rum to the blender jug

Step 2
Secure the lid and select the PULSE function to combine all ingredients

Step 3
Select SAUCE

Step 4
Once cooking is complete, run mixture through a strainer to remove all lumps if necessary

Step 5
Stir in rum

Step 6
Serve either warm or chilled
