Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 1.75oz peas
- 0.7oz spring onions
- 1.75oz bell pepper
- 1.75oz chickpeas
- 17.5fl. oz vegetable broth
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- Optional vegan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients except of the cheese and spring onions to a non stick pan.
Step 2
Once done, stir in the vegetable broth and use a plate or a lid to keep the heat. Let it simmer for 40 Minutes.
Step 3
Optional, add vegan cheese for an extra creamy version.
Step 4
Garnish with spring onions and enjoy this healthy one pot dish.
