Ghoulish Balls
Ingredients
- 3oz oats
- 1oz dates, soaked in boiling water for 10minutes then drained
- 1oz nuts
- 1oz cocoa powder
- Few drops black food colouring (optional)
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1tbsp coconut oil
- 3oz white chocolate
- Halloween edible decorations and sprinkles
Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients together into your Ninja Kitchen food processor and whizz up well until the mixture is broken down and comes together
Step 2
Divide into small balls and roll with your hands. Place on a wire rack
Step 3
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil, then spoon over some over each ball to mostly cover
Step 4
Sprinkle over Halloween decorations then place in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set. Then enjoy!
