Grilled Citrusy Halibut
A healthy yet simple meal the whole family will enjoy
The citrusy flavour of the marinade leaves the halibut with a refreshing yet filling flavour

Ingredients
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1tbsp ginger (minced)
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1tbs parsley (minced)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 frozen halibut
Instructions
Step 1
Insert grill plate in to the Ninja Foodi Health Grill and Air Fryer and close the lid. Select GRILL, set temperature to MAX, and set time to 12 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating
Step 2
While unit is preheating, combine all ingredients, except halibut fillets, in a bowl and mix well to incorporate. Then place fillets in the bowl and generously spoon marinade over them, coating evenly
Step 3
When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, place fillets on the grill plate. Pour a spoonful of marinade over the top of each fillet, then close the lid and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 65°C. For an additional infusion of flavour, baste the fillets with marinade every 3 to 4 minutes
Step 4
When cooking is complete, serve immediately
