Grilled Harissa Halloumi
Ready in less than 10 minutes, this Grilled Harissa Halloumi makes the perfect addition to any Middle Easter meal. Amazing in wraps, pittas, salads, and sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Harissa
- 2 tsp zaatar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 15.75oz halloumi (2 x 225g blocks)
Instructions
Step 1
Insert the grill plate into the cooking pot of the unit and close the lid. Select GRILL, MAX, and set the time for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Stir together the harissa paste, zaatar, and olive oil to combine.
Step 3
Drain the halloumi and pat dry with kitchen towel. Cut each block of halloumi into 8 then toss the halloumi in the harissa paste mixture until evenly coated.
Step 4
Once the unit has finished pre-heating and the 'ADD FOOD' prompt comes up on the screen, place the halloumi onto the grill then close the lid. Flip after 2 minutes of cooking using silicone tongs.
Step 5
Serve immediately with salad, in a wrap or pitta, or even a sandwich!
